Michael V. O’Brien writes software. In 2007, he was one of the first employees at Reductive Labs, the makers of Puppet. Afterwards, he worked for several startups in New York City, including Chartbeat.

Working for startups was most common for him until he worked in Tokyo, Japan, where he gained experience at larger companies, including Cookpad and CyberAgent.

Now, he is living in Washington, D.C., where he aspires to make a positive difference in sustainable and plant-based products.
